They are presented to individuals whose dedication to excellence have had a profound influence on the quality of life in the communities they serve, have had an influence on the professional image of Vancouver Island REALTORS®, who exemplifies the characteristics outlined below and who, overall, represents the professionalism symbolized by these two separate awards. The VIREB abides by its Mission Statement, which states:
