VIREB News Releases and MLS® Sales Statistics

Most property sold across the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board (VIREB) region, is listed and sold on VIREB’s MLS® System.

Each month, we calculate statistics on listings sold through MLS® over the previous month. You can view these current sales statistics listed below and our accompanying news release listed below (latest updates are posted during the first several days of each month).

The Vancouver Island Real Estate Board also offers for sale a more in-depth monthly statistics package. Monthly statistics on the numbers of sales, average prices, sales volume, etc., are available for single family homes, lots, condominium, apartments and townhouses in the six zones included in the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board's area: Campbell River, Comox Valley, Duncan, Nanaimo, Parksville/Qualicum and Port Alberni.
