VIREB Areas and Sub Areas / Other Areas

The Vancouver Island Board Real Estate Board is segmented into Zones representing major market areas. In Matrix, VIREB’s Zones are represented by Areas, with the exception of Zone 3, which is divided into Duncan and “Malahat and Area” (which is a common market area with the Victoria Real Estate Board). Areas are further divided into Sub Areas, to enable greater precision when searching.
