A group of eleven REALTORS® are involved in a New Member Orientation training session today (November 7) at the VIREB Training Room in Nanaimo. Coming from all across the island, the group is a true mirror of the contemporary real estate profession as it is made up of all genders and all age groups. Primarily first time REALTORS®, one of the participants is a returning member who has come back to VIREB after working in another field for a few years. Overseen by Manager of Member Services Darrell Paysen, the training features the input from a number of the VIREB staff including Patti Wenman (Professional Development Coordinator) as well as Joanne Russell and Ellen Cadwallader from the VIREB MLS® team. The one day overview will provide the new members with a detailed snapshot of the services and products provided by VIREB for its membership. Welcome to VIREB everyone!
