For a group of energetic REALTORS® in the Comox Valley getting fit isn’t just a personal goal it’s a fund raising mission. Taking part in the BodyNetix Agent Challenge, Jamie Edwards and Mike Fisher (Royal LePage), Dave Proctor, Leah Reichelt, Corey Zaal and Ronnie Lister (RE/MAX) and Ray Francis and Don Hughes (Coast Realty) are participating in a six week program that sees them working out twice a week at Courtenay’s BodyNetix Personal Fitness Training facility. At the end of the vigorous workout each of the participating REALTORS® will be retested and scored on the level of their individual physical improvement. Each participant has been collecting donations for their favorite charities, which range from the Comox Valley Child Development Association (CVCDA), to You Are Not Alone (YANA) which supports local families who have children receiving medical treatment outside of the region, Breast Cancer Research and the local Christmas Hamper Fund. Anyone interested in making a pledge can contact organizer Chris Ketch at 250-871-2400. For the REALTORS® the fitness challenge continues until the end of November.
