One of the highlights of the Canadian real estate calendar will be taking place this week in Banff, and VIREB will be well represented. Called the Banff Western Connection 2013, the event is a combination educational opportunity and industry trade show that is expected to draw attendees from across Canada and beyond. Running from January 23 (with a meeting involving Board Presidents and Executive Officers) to Saturday, January 26, the yearly event is expected to attract hundreds of visitors to the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel.

The bulk of VIREB’s Board of Directors, along with Executive Officer Bill Benoit and Manager of Members Services Darrell Paysen will be in attendance. Scheduled keynote speakers include David Chilton, the Wealthy Barber and technology guru Jeff Turner. The companion trade show (featuring nearly 60 exhibitors) will display the latest tools, technology and services employed by the profession of real estate sales. The Banff Western Connection 2013 is expected to showcase the very best and brightest in real estate today, while providing an unparalleled learning and networking opportunity for those in attendance.
